What we need:

 

TitanFile is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations leader who will play a critical role in shaping and executing TitanFile’s marketing and digital growth strategies. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Marketing Operations spearheads the day-to-day operations of the Marketing function within the broader Sales and Marketing team. 

This leader will create, and oversee the execution of marketing and digital marketing strategies to achieve specific objectives that are directly linked to the growth of the business. Within the first year of work and possibly beyond, their role will focus on demand generation, lead generation and digital growth marketing – oversight and execution.

 

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive demand, generate qualified leads, and accelerate digital growth for TitanFile. This role requires an experienced doer and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing technologies, digital marketing tactics, and growth marketing principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving measurable results and leading high-performing marketing teams. They will have extensive experience in digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. This role will involve developing and implementing paid advertising strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and continually refining tactics to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and interest in TitanFile's products/services.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, with a focus on paid advertising channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of lead generation programs across various channels, through leading and mentoring colleagues and third party advisors (including paid media specialists, SEO experts, content creators, and analysts). Lead generation programs include digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and more.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize paid advertising campaigns and optimize marketing performance overall by identifying opportunities for growth, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Drive digital growth initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising, to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and industry best practices to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other digital assets that resonate with target audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that effectively target key audience segments and drive customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as visual arts, marketing and communications, public relations and/or advertising.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and social media marketing.
  • A successful track record in senior marketing roles with a proven ability to problem solve, run campaigns, create compelling content and make sound business decisions (having the same with a SaaS company / B2B SaaS company is a plus)
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans while also managing day-to-day execution and optimization.
  • Proven experience in managing evolving and multi-faceted relationships including direct and indirect reports, and providing counsel and support to peers and senior executives.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, supervising and developing staff and external resources, and planning and managing budgets.
  • Networking, business relationship building skills, and public speaking skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
  • Experience with website analytics tools, SEO/SEM tools, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash, Adobe AfterEffects & video editing. And of HTML, DHTML CSS, Actionscript & Drupal, and familiarity with essential digital marketing tools, technologies, and content creation for a brand - is an asset
  • Relevant experience and strong knowledge of the SaaS, innovation, startup ecosystem/entrepreneurial sector is an asset.
